The priorities outlined below have been established through a comprehensive double materiality assessment aligned with the requirements of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This process was designed to determine the environmental, social, and governance matters that are most significant to ALL. The assessment considered both how sustainability-related issues may influence ALL’s financial performance, risks, and opportunities, as well as the effects that ALL’s activities may have on people, society, and the environment. By considering these two perspectives together, ALL can focus its sustainability efforts on the areas where they can have the greatest relevance and impact.
